Key Role:

As a hunter, focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Industrial Manufacturing sector. Leverage Sphere’s cutting-edge solutions in AI, advanced analytics, and digital transformation to address industry challenges like predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and quality control.

Research and build detailed target account lists for manufacturers in sectors like automotive, heavy machinery, and smart manufacturing. Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to win new clients, manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that position Sphere as a leader in digital innovation for manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • 6 - 10 years of experience in technical sales or consulting, focusing on AI, analytics, or digital transformation solutions (is a must);
  • 4+ years of experience in the Industrial Manufacturing sector, including automotive, heavy machinery, or smart manufacturing (is a must);
  • Proven ability in a hunter role, with a demonstrated track record of acquiring and growing new accounts (is a must);
  • Expertise in IoT, machine learning, and predictive analytics for manufacturing;
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (will be a plus);
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards (will be a plus).
