Manual QA Specialist – US Real Estate Market

Location: Remote (must have 100% overlap with US time zone)
Type: Contract
Engagement: Part-time with potential to grow into full-time, long-term role

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Manual QA Specialist to support the quality assurance process for a real estate technology platform serving in the U.S. to assist in testing new integrations and gradually transition into a customer-facing support role. Initially focused on manual Quality Assurance, this position will play a key role in ensuring the successful rollout of new features and products. Over time, responsibilities will shift toward providing support and guidance to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual testing for new features, workflows, and integrations (e.g. BI tools like SiSense);
  • Identify, document, and help resolve bugs and usability issues;
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure timely fixes and improvements;
  • Create and maintain clear test cases and documentation;
  • Learn and understand real estate and mortgage workflows to validate real-world scenarios;
  • Provide occasional feedback on product usability from a customer perspective.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing is a must;
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with U.S. time zone availability;
  • Prior experience with SaaS platforms or tech solutions in real estate;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly;
  • Willingness to learn about the U.S. real estate industry;
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) is a must.
