GSI / SI Partner Sales Leader

Sphere is looking for a GSI / SI Partner Sales Leader with experience in building and scaling strategic partnerships within AWS or Google Cloud ecosystems.

This role focuses on driving partner-led growth, joint go-to-market strategies, and enterprise cloud transformation deals through collaboration with Global System Integrators (GSI) and System Integrators (SI).

This is a client-facing, strategic role focused on pipeline creation, partnership development, and enterprise deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner sales strategy across GSI and SI ecosystem

  • Build and scale joint go-to-market initiatives with AWS or Google Cloud partners

  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through partner channels

  • Establish and grow relationships with global consulting and integration partners

  • Lead and support co-selling motions and complex enterprise deals

  • Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and technical teams

  • Align partner strategy with cloud platform ecosystems and market opportunities

  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and revenue impact

  • Support strategic initiatives for cloud transformation and modernization projects

Required Experience

  • 8+ years in Partner Sales, Alliances, or Channel Sales roles

  • Strong experience working within AWS or Google Cloud ecosystems or similar cloud platforms

  • Proven experience building relationships with GSI and SI partners (global and regional)

  • Track record of delivering partner-driven revenue growth in enterprise environments

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation, AI, and data solutions

  • Experience in strategic, client-facing, and executive-level communication roles

  • Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems or alliance programs

  • Exposure to cloud consulting, system integration, or enterprise SaaS environments

  • Understanding of AWS / Google Cloud marketplace and co-sell models

  • Background in enterprise technology sales or solution consulting
