Technical Support Engineer Tier 2

Type: Full-time remote
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Route ServiceNow tickets based on log monitoring tool and other available info;
  • Debug/fix or help users with average IT issues;
  • Rotate on-call to conduct support.
  • Experience in Technical Support role or related (4+);
  • Experience with AWS and AWS Lambda;
  • Experience with setting up Amazon connect;
  • Experience with Log monitoring tools;
  • Experience with Dynatrace (preferred);
  • Written and Spoken English.
