Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud)

Now we are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our team and help a leading financial services company design, enhance, and optimize their Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Type: Contract
Term: 3 months with possible extension 
Time Zone: until 3PM Central Time (CT)
Location: Remote
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities.

• Define end-to-end architecture, including system integrations, data models, and security frameworks.

• Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.

• Architect and oversee development using Apex, Java, Lightning Components, and related technologies.

• Design and optimize data synchronization strategies between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.

• Review existing Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Establish governance, development standards, and CI/CD best practices for Salesforce environments.

• Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues and provide architectural direction for long-term solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Developer roles

• Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation

• Designing complex integrations with external systems

• Apex, Java, APIs, and Lightning technologies

• Salesforce integration patterns and best practices

• Salesforce data modeling, security, and performance optimization

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect / System Architect / CTA preferred)

• Experience in financial services domain

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce
