We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to help drive the evolution of core platform toward AI-native and agent-driven architectures. This role involves shaping the next generation of intelligent systems that support large-scale automation, data processing, and operational intelligence.
The position combines hands-on architecture work, strategic technical leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration. 

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy and long-term platform evolution
• Lead architecture design for large-scale backend systems
• Lead the evolution of core platform capabilities toward AI-native and agent-based architectures, enabling intelligent data processing, automated decision workflows, and advanced system optimization through machine learning and autonomous components.
• Partner with Data, Product and AI teams to deliver scalable production systems
• Design and review distributed, high-throughput backend services
• Contribute to organization-wide architectural decisions
• Balance innovation with operational stability, reliability, and security
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across engineering teams

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments
• Experience in technical leadership roles such as Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or similar
• Strong background in distributed systems and high-scale architectures
• Experience delivering AI-powered capabilities in production environments (ML, LLMs, or automation systems)
• Experienced in cloud-native platforms and data processing systems
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teams
• Pragmatic mindset with focus on scalable, production-ready solutions and customer impact
