Location: Remote (must be able to work PST hours, with minimum 4 hours overlap with PST)

About the Project

Our client is a leading company in the IT operations and incident management space, providing a platform for automation, monitoring, and system reliability. We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Node.js) to support client onboarding, platform integrations, and backend optimization for enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical implementation and onboarding for enterprise clients.
• Integrate the platform with clients’ existing IT monitoring and ITSM tools through API and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during deployment and post-implementation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client success teams to deliver a seamless integration experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development - Node.js (Python is a plus).
• Experience with API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Availability to work PST time zone hours.

Nice to Have

• Background in AIOps, IT monitoring, or incident management platforms.
• Previous experience in solutions delivery roles.
