Client Support & QA Specialist (US Real Estate Market)

Location: Remote (must have 100% overlap with US time zone)
Type: Contract
Engagement: Part-time with potential to grow into full-time, long-term role

 

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Support & QA Specialist to assist in testing new integrations and gradually transition into a customer-facing support role. Initially focused on Quality Assurance, this position will play a key role in ensuring the successful rollout of new features and products. Over time, responsibilities will shift toward providing support and guidance to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition into a support role to assist clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and feature usage;
  • Perform QA testing on new platform integrations, primarily related to analytics tools;
  • Identify, document, and help troubleshoot bugs and issues during the QA process;
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues;
  • Learn and document use cases and workflows related to the product;
  • Provide excellent customer service and build product knowledge to address a variety of user inquiries;
  • Develop a deep understanding of the mortgage and real estate business to provide relevant and informed support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in technical support roles in real estate US market (is a must);
  • Experience Manual QA testing 4+ years; 
  • Strong communication and documentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment;
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and business domains;
  • Availability to work fully aligned with US business hours.
