Sphere is supporting an innovative organization in optimizing their Salesforce ecosystem and is looking for a Salesforce Consultant/Salesforce Consultant to join the team on a contract basis.
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will take ownership of Salesforce configuration, optimization, and user enablement, with a strong focus on High-Velocity Sales (HVS) workflows.
Salesforce Configuration & Management: Customize Salesforce to meet business needs — set up users, profiles, roles, permission sets, custom fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
High-Velocity Sales (HVS): Implement and optimize HVS tools and features to support fast-paced sales engagement and automation strategies.
Salesforce Project Execution: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to implement and maintain Salesforce solutions on time and within scope.
Process Automation: Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder logic, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes to streamline and automate business processes.
Data Management: Manage data imports and exports, maintain data integrity, and implement data cleansing and de-duplication strategies.
User Support & Training: Provide frontline support to users, troubleshoot issues, and lead training sessions to enhance platform adoption.
Security & Compliance: Maintain best practices for access control, data privacy, and permission management across the Salesforce environment.
System Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system health, stay current with Salesforce releases, and implement relevant new features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure platform alignment with strategic goals.
4+ years of experience configuring and managing Salesforce platforms.
Hands-on experience with High-Velocity Sales (HVS) is required.
Experienced in Salesforce administration tools, declarative automation, and data governance.
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical configurations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
