Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Consultant (HVS Engagement)

Sphere is supporting an innovative organization in optimizing their Salesforce ecosystem and is looking for a Salesforce Consultant/Salesforce Consultant to join the team on a contract basis.

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will take ownership of Salesforce configuration, optimization, and user enablement, with a strong focus on High-Velocity Sales (HVS) workflows. 


Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Configuration & Management: Customize Salesforce to meet business needs — set up users, profiles, roles, permission sets, custom fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

  • High-Velocity Sales (HVS): Implement and optimize HVS tools and features to support fast-paced sales engagement and automation strategies.

  • Salesforce Project Execution: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to implement and maintain Salesforce solutions on time and within scope.

  • Process Automation: Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder logic, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes to streamline and automate business processes.

  • Data Management: Manage data imports and exports, maintain data integrity, and implement data cleansing and de-duplication strategies.

  • User Support & Training: Provide frontline support to users, troubleshoot issues, and lead training sessions to enhance platform adoption.

  • Security & Compliance: Maintain best practices for access control, data privacy, and permission management across the Salesforce environment.

  • System Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system health, stay current with Salesforce releases, and implement relevant new features.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure platform alignment with strategic goals.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience configuring and managing Salesforce platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with High-Velocity Sales (HVS) is required.

  • Experienced in Salesforce administration tools, declarative automation, and data governance.

  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical configurations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
