Head of Marketing

Now we are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team.

Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strong marketing plan to support lead generation for agreed Portfolio of Services and future potential Products (IP) - designed together with Product & Tech;
  • Assess and develop relevant metrics for the company, including ROI and CPA;
  • Develop growth plan and outlook to generate continuous pipeline of leads for the Sales team;
  • Measure and analyse ROI and cost-efficiency of these measures, compare to industry standards metrics and suggest data - driven improvements to the Leadership team;
  • Partner with accelerators, incubators, IOT etc to build product for corporate markets or support corporate market entry through partnerships;
  • Build strong brand awareness and increase Sphere consideration as a preferred partner in the software consulting services landscape and environment;
  • Develop and manage PR activities, Events plan to support Sphere Partners thought leadership - round tables, KOLs (key opinion leaders) development that advocate for Sphere’s innovative solutions to market;
  • Have Sphere leadership representation in key most important industry events on AI, E- mobility, Fintech (+other targeted areas company will define through the year);
  • Manage around 10-15 Sphere branded events p/year in the US and Europe combined.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B or Technology Consulting marketing environment (10+) (required);
  • Experience in ABM and running Omni-channels campaigns;
  • Experience in creating go-to-market strategy design for different customer segments;
  • Experience in identifying, understanding, and creating detailed customer segments and buyer personas;
  • Experience in defining/organizing the go-to market events (Event Planning and Objectives,Target Audience Identification, Event Branding and Messaging, etc.);
  • Experience with content syndication and distribution for lead gen.
