Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for our next Digital Marketing Manager to join our global team. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Sphere’s online initiatives, take point in creating demand generation campaigns and collaborate with a team of designers and developers into continuously improving Sphere’s online channels’ performance.

You have a broad digital marketing experience, and a big passion for digital technologies utilizing different digital marketing channels to drive qualified website traffic and leads. You are also comfortable with day-to-day activities as well as long-term strategy, and adjusting to changes in business needs.

You are an excellent communicator and proactive in problem solving and executing. You are the driving force of projects—you can keep track of multiple projects, and produce deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and deadlines.

You will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, and coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, sales leaders and external agencies to support Sphere’s business goals.

Finally, you are a driven professional–always aiming to learn the latest in marketing strategies, tactics and technology—while also being excited to work with a global team of like-minded professionals that are aiming to push the industry further.

Location: Ukraine remote
 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and execute on multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment of messaging across all channels 
  • Work with development and design team and guide creative direction to meet objectives for digital marketing campaigns, including organic, advertising and website
  • Manage budget for campaigns and optimize based on findings 
  • Regularly coordinate with sales to activate sales campaigns and fulfill content needs
  • Monitor and analyze impact of current marketing activities and optimize accordingly 
  • Present ideas and deliverables to web, design and leadership teams 
  • Communicate with leadership team to understand current business priorities to inform digital marketing strategies and budgets
  • Stay up to date with MarTech stack, to enhance knowledge and drive successful campaigns, including CDP, ABM, DSPs & other lead generation and customer management platforms
  • Manage social media accounts and monitoring their performance, interacting and ultimately growing the brand’s online presence organically on social media
  • Plan, execute and report on paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn)
  • Plan and execute on a content calendar, including blog, case studies & longer form content ideation, briefing, reviewing, building and publishing
  • Host internal events to create thought leadership content 
  • Drive automation through chatbot and workflows 
  • Plan, implement and report on email marketing campaigns 
  • Plan and manage ABM campaigns through analyzing website visitors, LinkedIn followers and creating/managing target account lists


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software digital marketing. Experience in technology companies, technology consulting highly preferred
  • Experienced in running the following types of campaigns: Google/LinkedIn Paid, Email Campaigns, LinkedIn ABM campaigns (is a must)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & marketing automation software HubSpot 
  • Experience with ABM tools such as Demandbase, Albacross, Snitcher or similar
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics 
  • Knowledge of web design, UX best practices. HTML/CSS, Wordpress experience highly preferred
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Always proactive in finding potential problems and how to resolve them.
  • Excellent time-management skills; able to prioritize and management multiple projects
  • Proactive communicator - identifies process issues, bottlenecks and other issues and communicates that to appropriate challenges
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or similar
